The book in your hand, and the app beside it.
Built for iOS 26. Everything on this site, in your pocket — and a few things only a phone can do. While you read, a small lamp on the Lock Screen shows the book and whose lamps are lit beside yours.

Say it to Siri.
A note said to Siri is written down and sent when there’s a signal, and kept when there isn’t.
On your Home Screen.
And Add note lives in Control Centre, on the Lock Screen, or on the Action button.

Notes along the way

A lamp on the Lock Screen.
While you read, a small lamp sits on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: the book, just started or about an hour in, and whose lamps are lit beside yours. No stopwatch, no pages per minute. It puts itself out after a while.
Notifications that follow promises.
A few of them — and a private note or a meeting address is never put in a notification.

Works with no signal.
Notes save on the phone first and send themselves later. A finished book is written down before you’ve left the tap. Nothing you wrote can quietly vanish.
Made to be read.
Dynamic Type everywhere. VoiceOver says whose ink a note is in. Reduce Motion turns the ceremonies into fades — and keeps the one haptic that matters, when a finished book is put on the shelf.

In TestFlight now.
The app is in beta with a small group. Ask, and we’ll send an invitation to your Apple ID email.
